Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Please allow 1-4 business days to process your order, pending payment authorization and verification.

Return Policy

  • Merchandise being returned and/or exchanged must done within 30 days of ship date and be unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.

  • Merchandise returned that does not meet this criteria, will not be eligible for return and/or exchange. 

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in the case of returns or exchanges.

  • All returns and or exchanges require a Return Identification Number (RIN) which can be obtained by emailing returns@rollosophy.com.

  • All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Once an order has shipped, shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. 

  • If items being returned are due to our error, we will offer a credit or ship a new item (of equal or lesser value).

What if I don’t get my product on time?

Our goal is to make sure we package and ship within 24 hours of every order. If the product is delayed due to the carrier (UPS or USPS) we cannot be held responsible. Please consider allowing for an extra day for shipping and be mindful of any holiday or weather delays.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do offer Gift Certificates. They can be purchased on our website.

Do you offer custom orders?

We do offer custom clothing. Please fill out a form with your custom order and we will provide you with a quote.
